With over 28 years of experience in customer service and operations, I’ve built my career around one core value — delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful experiences. My professional journey began in the airline industry, where I managed international travel logistics, and supported VIP travelers through Global Services, private charters, and elite frequent flyer programs. I also worked extensively with accessibility and medical accommodations, assisting passengers who used oxygen or required special assistance, and coordinating travel for those with service animals and other unique needs. That experience taught me the importance of precision, empathy, and clear communication — skills that continue to guide everything I do today.
As a licensed Florida Realtor, I apply those same strengths to help clients buy and sell with confidence. I specialize in waterfront and historic homes, and I assist with divorce-related sales, absentee owners, and investors with organization, discretion, and care. I also volunteer and run the kitchen at our local lawn bowling club, where I organize events, plan menus, and bring people together through food and community.
